Shipping Carriers:

All orders ship from Michigan or Pensalvania. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx depending on shipping location. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

Discreet Billing Policies

Bravo Lingerie by Hillside Business Group ensures that we have discreet billing as well as our discreet shipping. Hillside Business Group will show up on all of your statements with each order.

All orders are sent in discreet plain envelopes or boxes. The "Bravo Lingerie" name will not appear on the outside of your package. We do not sell or trade our mailing and email lists with any other organizations, nor do we send unsolicited (spam/junk) mail. 

Shipping Policies

Due to high rates of fraud, we currently only ship to the US.

Generally, orders are shipped the next business day, but can take up to 2 business days for processing. If a product is on back order, customer will be contacted by our Customer Service Department about their options. Products that are out of stock will be shipped separately once stock has been replenished, again customer will be contacted by our Customer Service Department about their options. No additional shipping fees apply for back ordered or out of stock items. Please be aware that virtually all, but not every package will have tracking numbers. 

Please note that Bravo Lingerie by Hillside Business Group will not ship on weekends or US National Holidays. For example, an overnight package processed on Friday afternoon after our 9am EST deadline will not be shipped until the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Expected delivery time is based on the date your package leaves ships, not when the order was originally placed online (Please note our hours are 10am to 6pm EST M-F). Although Bravo Lingerie by Hillside Business Group exerts every effort to meet the needs of our customers for shipping choices we cannot prevent your package from being left out in the weather or left in public places. While we work to provide the best service at the lowest price, we do not personally deliver packages. If you have specific delivery instructions or questions about a particular delivery method, please contact the carrier for the service you have chosen before you place an order. 

Since we strive to have orders shipped out as soon as possible, cancellations are not available. It is important that you double check your order before you finish placing it to ensure you are getting the correct products.

Returns

Based on the nature of our products and local and federal laws, very few items are returnable. If your item was damaged or does not work, please contact us and we are happy to work with you to find the best solution possible. If you decide that you no longer want the items purchased, they can be returned for a refund, not including shipping cost, if the shipping package (outside package) is not opened and you return the package in its entirety. 

For purchases made in-person, please contact the group member with questions.

What is not returnable?

Due to the nature of our products, any product that has been opened, used or had any sealed packaging broken cannot be returned. This includes inside sealed bags, outside sealed edges, and all packaging. We have this policy in effect to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of ALL of our customers.

What is returnable?

Certain things can be returned, but only to be exchanged for another of the same item, unless not available, see our exchange policy below. Items that can be returned directly to us may include products that were damaged in shipping as per our discretion and upon confirmation of shipping damage.

What if I want to return a full order that has shipped?

If you decide you do not want your entire order, after it has shipped you have a couple options. You are able to refuse the unopened package and have it returned to the warehouse. If it’s delivered when you’re away from home, write “return to sender” on the box and drop it off at your nearest drop box. You can also contact the post office/delivery company to have the shipment returned as well. Once the UNOPENED SHIPPING BOX back has been returned to our warehouse, a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will be issued.

Exchange Policy

Products that are eligible to be returned for a product exchange must be reported to the company within 2 business days of delivery. Any defects, order mistakes, or other problems not reported within 2 business days of delivery will not be considered eligible for any return or exchange. Products may only be exchanged for the same item. If the same item is not available, we may offer a similar or substitute products for you to choose from.

Manufactures Warranties. Most major manufactures offer a 30, 60, or 90 day warranty on their products. There is usually warranty information in or on the packaging. Please note that most of these warranties require a copy of the original sales receipt and sometimes the original packaging. For other products or concerns, contact support@bravolingerie.com.

Refunds are issued on a case by case basis in most cases due to requested item out of stock.
